Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on various aspects of digital marketing to students with different levels of knowledge and experience. You will work closely with our team of subject matter experts to develop training materials, including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises, to enhance students' understanding of digital marketing concepts and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality training sessions on various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics, to students with different levels of knowledge and experience.
• Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises, to enhance students' understanding of digital marketing concepts and applications.
• Assess students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and practices.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to meet students' needs and achieve learning objectives.
• Ensure a positive and productive learning environment by creating a rapport with students and promoting active participation and engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
• Familiarity with digital marketing technologies and applications, such as SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Passion for teaching and learning.
• Flexibility to adapt to different training environments and student backgrounds.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
