Position: Lead Trainer BPO/KPO (Mandatory)
Domestic: Inbound Customer Services
Qualification: Graduation
Shift Time:6 days working and 1 rotational off (General shift)
Salary: Upto 5 Lpa (Depending on the round of interview)
Voice/Non-Voice: Voice process (Need good Comskill)
Experiences: Over all 4+ years of experiences and 2 years as Lead Trainer from BPO/KPO
Need experiences in Excellent Facilitation skills- This is a must since there is a client TTT certification candidate has to go through to be able to take trainings.
