Position : Process Trainer
Roles and responsibilities :
• Candidates should deliver soft skills and technical skills training on all aspects.
• Should able to deliver training sessions and also the support on the job training during their transition on the floor.
• Including conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session.
• Develop, tweak and maintain training procedure manuals, training content and guides, and course materials.
• Analytical, probing, presentation and coaching skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Need trainer for sales voice process (US Shift).
• Candidate must be comfortable working in night shift for US process and work from office.
• Concise and precise communication and presentation skills both written and spoken.
• People oriented, patient and approachable.
• Required soft skills, Voice and accent Skills, Technology skills, fluent communication, Sales skills and ability to give positive and constructive feedback
