Train Students on - Splicing Machine
Installation & commissioning of optical fiber cable
Laying ,Jointing ,Blowing & Testing effectiveness of cable joint.
Other Specifications: To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective .
Review training content & timely upgrade
Motivated the students for placement
Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP
Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested Monitor class attendance
Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches
Knowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job roles
Carryout the internal assessments
Ensure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skill, Behavioral skills
Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D.
