TRAINER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience: 0 to 3 years.
Salary: As Per company Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide high quality Training course to Teachers and candidates interested in personality development.
Understanding of Learning processes, Teaching and Assessment practices.
Conduct academic training programmes for teachers and another staff member.
Should be clear on different teaching strategies.
To train the new teachers for their teaching skills, teaching methodologies & personal skills.
Prepare Training plans and training material on evaluations and Quality inputs.
Responsible for developing and implementing the new training concepts and innovative programs.
Summary of essential job functions about teachers; how to teach the kids, how to handle the classes and how prepare the curriculums.
Responsible for monitoring & reviewing the teacher’s performance on post training sessions.
Flexible to travel between the Centres (within the city).
Key Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills (Both Verbal & Written) is must.
Voice & Accent Training Experience would be an added advantage.
Excellent Presentation & Organizing Skills.
Should have excellent training skills & Public speaking abilities.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Dynamic personality with ability to Multi Task.
Personal grooming skills with a quality to groom others.
Qualifications:
Any Graduation or Post Graduation / MBA.
Both Male & Female candidates are eligible.
Fresher’s can also apply.
Completing Teacher Training Certification Program will be a great advantage.
