As a Trainer, you will be responsible for training and ensuring that all the trainees do understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensively.Educational Requirements: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 2-4 Years (In Similar Field)Roles & Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining training materials including lesson plans, group activities, the method for instructions, presentations, role-plays, and assessments.
• Design effective training programs.
• Prepare instruction material such as module, summaries, videos etc.
• Support and mentor new Joiners.
• Keep attendance and other records.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement etc.
