Must have Min 1+yrs exp as a Process Trainer from Voice process in BPO.
• Well Versed with Training Metrics – TNA, TNI, TTT, NHT/ PKT/Refresher
• 6 Days of Working
• Excellent Communication required
• The Candidate should be able to handle 20 – 30 Trainee batches.
• The candidate must be good at PPT and Excel. .

• Graduate-in any stream .1 Years.
