Your Role
At Dulux Acratex, we’re passionate about delivering high-performance solutions and empowering our people. As an Acratex Training and Technical Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing product and technical knowledge across our teams and customers—driving commercial outcomes and supporting our state strategy.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, competency-based technical training to internal teams and external customers (~50% formal, ~50% informal).
Provide on-site technical support and advice to ensure correct and consistent product solutions.
Champion learning and development to build confidence and capability in render systems, textures, topcoats, cladding, and specialty finishes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build and manage a 12-month training plan.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Skills & Experience
You will have training experience with some knowledge within the building/construction industry, or you may have a strong industry background in the building / construction industry, with a focus on facades and be looking at moving into a Training role – either Sales, Customer Service or running your own business
Familiarity with the Acratex product portfolio highly regarded.
Experience facilitating group and individual learning (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly regarded).
Strong communication, relationship-building, administrative and time management skills.
Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
