JD:
1)Track all the training are starting on time and trainers are there at the end of the session
2) Reporting and resolution of issues raised by trainers and students
3) Escalating the issues which can’t be solved then and there
4) Prepare a report on trainers' timings and platform issues
Qualification:
1. 0-1 years of Exp in operations in Edtech
2. Any Graduation
3. Good communication skills ( Written / Verbal)
