EQ-Graduate in Social Sciences
Desirable-Post Graduate degree in Social Science
Other requirements –
(i) Should have excellent communication skills with Good command over Gujarati, English & Hindi.
(ii) Excellent command over basic computer operations including e mails, excel, word, pivot etc.
(iii) Ability to prepare Proposals, Reports, Case studies, presentations etc in English.
(iv) Good analytical skills.
JOB Description
Would be the overall coordinator in all its aspects including: -
(i) coordination with the organization district coordinators with regard to all aspects of the Surya training (undergoing in centers in the districts) including mobilization, counselling, training, (including practical training, on the job training, exposure visits etc.), compilation of information, (including success stories, photographs, videos, results, feedback forms and any other), conduct of assessments, post training placements/entrepreneurship etc.
(ii) coordination with Training Partners wrt ongoing training's including uploading of data on skill India portal etc.
(iii) coordination with the Sector skill Council/NSDC wrt assessment, (& any other aspect wrt the project).
(iv) preparing presentation and other literature/publicity material wrt the project.
(v) visiting the training centers regularly touching at least 1 center every week; the job also requires need based staying over night at the center locations.
(vi) data collation and analysis with use of excel/pivot etc.
(vii) coordination & meetings with donors/potential partners & donors, industry partners, GEDA & other govt authorities.
(viii) any other task assigned by the CEO GTNFW wrt Surya project & GTNFW.
