Designation: Training Coordinator
Location: Ghatkopar West Mumbai
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: As per experience and current CTC.
Key Result Areas:
Manage post sales process for training, coaching and consulting initiatives
Manage calendar activities and scheduling of client, consultant, learner and internal resource activities
Handle client organization and learner communication
Build and manage trainer network who deliver program on behalf of the organisation
Conduct HR coordination and activities
Activities:
Understand client project requirements and plot on calendar
Work from client locations twice to thrice a week (Andheri, Navi Mumbai, South Mumbai)
Reach out to consultants to increase talent pool
Ensure consultants are certified on internal processes
Allocate right resources to right projects (with help from reporting manager)
Work closely with clients and service providers to ensure venue arrangements are in order
Complete post program feedback, reports and supporting processes as per TAT
Manage project schedules and communication
Manage eLearning coordination for client initiatives
Conduct HR activities like coordination with recruiters, scheduling interviews and office events.
Use databases to populate reports required for the organization
Skills Required:
Graduate in English Medium with fluency in English
Must possess strong communication, virtual interaction, and telephonic skills
Experience in service / administration role is preferred
High level of competency in MS Office (Work, Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot), PowerPoint) and virtual conference platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.)
Confidence to conduct business in virtual environment (mail and phone)
Ability to multi-task and working under pressure is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
