About You

As KYC Training Manager (India Process) at Tide you will identify, prepare, develop and deliver high quality training and development solutions to all KYC colleagues, in compliance with AML regulations as per RBI guidelines. The KYC team's day is busy, processing volumes of new applications, refreshing existing customer's KYC, and carrying out further enhanced due diligence.

You'll also be producing high quality Training Guides as per procedure documents (you will also be responsible for co creating the procedural documents). Hosting exceptional training sessions for the KYC team across locations (currently Delhi/ NCR & might expand to other locations within India) and other departments if applicable. You will be responsible for making appropriate changes in the training material as per changes in the procedures & guidelines (internal as well as regulatory) with Head of KYC (India Operations). Identifying training gaps within the KYC team and to sort those out in timely manner across team level.

Some of the things you'll be doing:
• Creating training materials for the KYC analysts for India Operations/ Regulations
• Providing training to the newly onboarded & existing KYC analysts
• Being the subject matter expert on KYC (India Regulations - RBI), corporate due diligence, and AML risk
• Being the subject matter expert, providing ongoing training and continuous knowledge sharing with the analysts in the team
• Supporting in resolving the issues raised by KYC analysts and escalations by stakeholders
• Keeping yourself abreast about latest changes in KYC/ AML policies and implementation of knowledge of same team operational level
• Helping the Head KYC in Creating processes, in accordance with our policies, to ensure that we meet rigorous KYC standards whilst building efficiency where possible.
• Working with Product Owners to build automation and system improvements & operational efficiencies
