The Mutual Benefits Training Program Manager role supports the delivery of the Mutual Benefits Employer Training Program. This is a key component of the overall Mutual Benefits Program which invests in initiatives that support EML to be the #1 performer in personal injury claims management.

The role is part of a high performing team that works strategically to deliver a comprehensive suite of market leading facilitated and self-paced training products to EML Group's employer customers, their staff and injured workers.

This will be a full time, + month contract position based in the Sydney CBD office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, plan and manage all aspects of the facilitated training program
Lead the marketing strategy for the facilitated training program in collaboration with the Head of Projects and the Head of Stakeholder Engagement.
Manage the design, delivery and maintenance of the updated EMlearning portal.
Oversee management of the Absorb platform including ensuring 100% accuracy and quality of content and undertake email campaigns, determine ticketing requirements and pricing, and event capacity.
Engage external providers and facilitators to schedule quarterly facilitated training and ensure that these stakeholders are engaged in the program.
Engage client services and other relevant internal stakeholders regularly to provide Facilitated Training Program updates and garner additional promotional support.
Develop a standard monthly and annual reporting suite and provide these to the Manager of Projects including analysis of uptake and attendance, feedback from client services, customers and providers, as well as competitor analysis for facilitated training program and EMlearning.
Provide additional customer support for Facilitated Training Program events and EMlearning (as required)

ABOUT YOU
2+ years experience in a similar learning and development, event management and/or online product management role, ideally within the workers compensation or WHS industry.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
Fantastic facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
