• Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow them
• Drive B2C sales by counselling new leads and converting them into customers
• Achieving exceptional conversion on in-coming leads from marketing
• Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue stream
• Achievement of key metrics of conversion and revenue consistently
• Work very closely with the team for lead development and customer success
• Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills

The best candidate for this role should or could have:
• 3+ Years of experience in B2C EdTech sales and education industry
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
• A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
• Good communication, written and negotiation skills
• knowledge of current Cloud trends
• Proven experience in B2C Sales; selling preferably in a Technology Company or a SaaS product company
• Knowledge about using Excel and PowerPoint to build reports and charts
