Job Description Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our Transaction Banking team. The ideal candidate will support product initiatives, business analysis, and strategic projects, while ensuring seamless execution of operational tasks. This role demands strong proficiency in data analytics, presentation skills, and market research, coupled with the ability to collaborate across teams and bring fresh perspectives to business challenges. Key Responsibilities: MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate Management Information Systems (MIS), dashboards, and performance reports for senior management. Business Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to support product strategy and decision-making. Presentation Development: Create high-quality, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product development and marketing strategies. Marketing Collaterals: Assist in designing and developing marketing materials for product launches and campaigns. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Compliance) to ensure timely execution of projects and initiatives. Process Support: Contribute to documentation, workflow mapping, and process improvement for transaction banking products. Client Support Coordination: Liaise with client servicing teams to resolve transaction-related queries and ensure smooth onboarding. Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros, Dashboards, Data Analysis Tools).Advanced MS PowerPoint (Slide Master, Dynamic Charts, Interactive Navigation, Visual Storytelling). Analytical Ability: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; ability to interpret data and present insights clearly. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate ideas effectively. Research Orientation: Aptitude for market research and competitive benchmarking. Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of Transaction Banking and general banking operations preferred. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight timelines. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred. 15 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or consulting roles.
