Aboutthe Role:
Asthe Program Manager for YES Connect, you will play a pivotal role in drivingthe monetization and proliferation of the YES Connect platform. You will beresponsible for managing key partnerships across the fintech and digitalecosystem to enhance the platform's offerings and improve the overall customerexperience. This role will involve collaborating with new age fintechcompanies, driving internal product placement, and initiating strategicpartnerships to accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities:
1.Internal Product Integration:
- Align YES Bank's product roadmap with fintech partners to create customizedflows with innovative financial features, focusing on excellent customerexperience.
- Facilitate the implementation of integrated solutions to drive embeddedbanking within partner platforms.
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders within the bank tounderstand YES Bank's product suite thoroughly.
2.Partnership Growth and Monetization:
- Design, coordinate, and execute programs for business growth throughstrategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop a cross-channel media plan topromote YES Connect and its partner offerings.
- Maintain business trackers and create content collaterals for internalmarketing.
3.Exploring New FINTECH Initiatives:
- Explore and engage with new FINTECH initiatives such as OCEN, ONDC, AA, CBDCto define the landscape for new digital initiatives.
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with beyond banking FINTECHs.
- Craft thoughtful partnerships to create innovative solutions that address theneeds of YES Bank's clients.
CoreObjectives:
- Drive the growth and penetration of YES Bank's banking solutions through YESConnect, measured by YES Connect activations and proliferation.
- Build and deliver a strong pipeline of prospective YES Connect projectsthrough internal and fintech partnerships.
Requirements:
- MBA from Tier 1 Institute or CA will be an added advantage.
- 6-10 years of work experience in the fintech/bank industry, with a focus onpartnerships and financial product distribution.
- Sound knowledge of the digital CMS industry, fintech landscape, upcomingtrends, and value chain.
- Existing network across FINTECHs is preferred.
- Highly observant and curious, with a keen interest in staying abreast of thelatest banking trends.
