RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute against payments product strategy and Transaction Banking’s high growth objectives
End-to-end product management support for UK and European payments team
Drive commercialization objectives through partnership across product, coverage, operations, and service
Work directly with Transaction Banking Coverage teams and Clients to understand their needs and assist with solution design and implementation
Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners including business teams, various product teams, and enterprise technology organizations
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience in one or more of the following payment rails; SWIFT, FPS, CHAPS, BACS, SEPA, SEPA Instant, TARGET2, and cross-border cross currencies
Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills with a track record of balancing multiple initiatives across ad hoc and project-based activities

Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of Treasury/Cash Management product management/development or engineering/operations experience, with a focus on end-to-end payments process including cross-border, cross-currency solutions
Experience in one or more of the following payment rails; SWIFT, FPS, CHAPS, BACS, SEPA, SEPA Instant, TARGET2, and cross-border cross currencies
Experience in JIRA to define epics, stories and test cases for new requirements. Ability to execute test cases
Experience working with Engineering teams to implement new payment rails and solutions
Track record of supporting coverage with client needs identification, solution recommendations, RfP responses and pricing
Support coverage in delivering product demos and best and final solution presentations (over phone or in-person)
Provide training and support to client service, operations and coverage and business partners on new payments product capabilities
Contribute input into marketing strategy and communications plans
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands on experience of agile development in a Product Owner role including writing epics, stories and test cases
Knowledge of cash management services and products including collections, payments, account structures, liquidity management, and virtual accounts
Strong payments industry knowledge; consultative background around complex solutions
Technical expertise and experience of ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards across payments and cash management domains
Experience of ownership and completion of UAT testing of payments systems
Ability to understand and articulate customer needs and turn requirements into actionable solutions
Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
Strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and cross-functional partners
Desirable to have Channels products knowledge including; internet, host-host, API, SWIFT and mobile channels
Desirable to have working knowledge of key ERP (AP, AR and Treasury) functions and Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
