Union Bank is looking for a Transaction Banking Specialist to join our team and help us to provide the best service possible to our customers. We are a customer-focused organization and need someone who is passionate about relationship building and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong banking background with a focus on transaction banking, cash management, and banking operations. A thorough understanding of the banking industry, its regulations, and procedures is essential. The right candidate should be knowledgeable in all areas of banking operations and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. They should be able to work independently or as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong customer relationships. The successful candidate should also have a Bachelor’s degree in Banking or a related field and at least two years of experience in banking operations. Experience in transaction banking and cash management is highly desirable. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to effectively manage multiple tasks.
