Transaction Banking (TxB) aims to bring innovative solutions to traditional banking and lending activities. We are a global team of lenders, investors, risk managers, skilled marketers, web experts and banking specialists. We provide a suite of solutions to help our customers meet their financial goals. We make direct investments in and manage risk for a portfolio of corporate loans and securities. We help transform distressed communities through investments and loans of private capital.
The Team:
The Solution Architecture team works directly with our clients and partners to bring to market new innovative products and solutions that meet our customer’s needs. Our work spans the full gamut of the Transaction Banking business; from payments, card processing, lending and BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service). We are a diverse team of functional and technical experts with a passion of solving customer problems through intense collaboration and innovative thinking. Our mission is to enable our clients and partners to grow by leveraging our state of the art Transaction Banking platform.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As part of our global team you will working closely with clients and our internal engineering and product teams to evolve existing offerings as well as bring new ones to life. Our work starts with developing an end-to-end solution that addresses our clients’ needs by leveraging our existing capabilities as well as identifying opportunities to build new and innovative product features. Our solution engineers are representing the clients to all internal teams and play an integral role in influencing our product strategy at all levels. The successful candidate needs to be comfortable owning open-ended problems and collaboratively lead their resolution. You’ll get the opportunity to lead both pre and post-sale activities by becoming the main client contact for all integration matters. The role requires strong technical skills to advice clients on security, connectivity, data exchange protocols as well as help them troubleshoot integration issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage multiple projects and clients at the same time, ability to prioritize efficiently
• Design end to end solutions for clients looking to leverage transaction banking products
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
