At RE/MAX River City, we deliver exceptional real estate services built on integrity, professionalism, and client satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Transaction Data Entry Specialist to join our in-house administrative team and support our conveyancing department.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. The right candidate will be experienced with data entry, have a strong understanding of real estate contracts, and enjoy working in a collaborative office environment.
What You’ll Do:
Enter and update real estate transaction data accurately into company systems
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for transactions
Collaborate with our conveyancing and admin teams to ensure all information is complete and consistent
Communicate effectively with team members via email, phone, and in person
Double-check for data accuracy and follow up on missing or unclear details
Duties in the role may grow as needed
What You Bring:
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry
Familiarity with Lone Wolf (Back Office) software is a strong asset
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to ask questions and clarify information to ensure data integrity
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable working full-time in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of real estate documents and transaction processes
Experience supporting a conveyancing or brokerage team
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, full-time hours, in-office at our Edmonton location.
