Job Description
The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling various aspects of real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, development, joint ventures, construction, and asset management. They will also be proficient in title reviews, corporate and construction work, reports on title and leases, breach of lease covenants, service charges, dilapidations, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant business tenancies/notices, planning compliance breaches, environmental due diligence in acquisitions and sales, lawful development certificates, planning agreements, and permissions.
This role provides the flexibility to manage one's workload independently, with regular reviews to guarantee alignment with the firm's vision. Our firm values a collaborative atmosphere, hosting numerous social events to encourage teamwork and camaraderie among staff.
