Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 8 years of experience in corporate and transactional legal matters
- Should have worked with top legal firms.
- Experience in providing legal support and guidance to various internal stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience on reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including software and hardware contracts, marketing contracts, sales and distribution contracts, operational contracts, engineering contracts, supplier/vendor contracts, and service agreements.
- Should have experience of drafting and reviewing contracts such as vendor contracts, licensing agreements, employment contracts, and non-disclosure agreements
- Should be expertise in business stakeholders management.
- Should have knowledge about aviation laws of both India and international, regulations, and guidelines applicable in India.
- Expertise in reviewing legal documents, identify potential risks and liabilities, and provide recommendations based on the findings.
