Job Description
Apply critical thinking skills and perform advanced analytics with the goal of solving complex and multi-faceted business problems utilizing the firm's elected analytics and visualization platforms such as Alteryx and Tableau. Large part of analytics entails mining automation opportunities across data sets such as - Manual Process Inventory, JIRA opportunities logged and discussions with Managers
Metrics Delivery - KPI tracking across Intelligent Automation deliveries and OKRs; metrics and reporting for senior management; reporting benefits - project cost and value delivered; department wise inventory and cost tracking; license and infrastructure cost tracking
Actively contribute to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new ideas and perspectives that stretch the thinking of the group
Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, testing outcomes, etc.)
Required Qualifications, skills and Capabilities:
~4 years' experience in conducting advanced data analyses, working with large data sets, and crunching numbers
Ability to build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to driving conversations and/or influence decisions/direction with Business and Technology areas
Proven experience leveraging job automation applications and environments (e.g., Python, Alteryx, UiPath etc.)
Strong PowerPoint and Data Visualization skills- we will require you to demonstrate proven experience
In touch with the latest financial technologies and willingness to constantly upgrade aforementioned skill
Preferred tool experience & certifications: Python / Alteryx / UiPath
