As our Transformation Communications and Engagement Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us communicate the ‘why’ of change, engaging our people and audiences across Kiwibank to understand what’s happening for them.

As our Transformation Communications and Engagement Lead at Kiwibank, you’ll be supporting communication planning, delivery and channels for transformation programs, ensuring consistent and purposeful messaging that helps audiences engage with what’s changing for them. You’ll be collaborating with programmes to deliver clear messaging that’s aligned to our Transformation narrative, strategy and purpose. You’ll apply best-practice frameworks and continuously refine communications based on feedback and engagement insights.

We’re looking for a senior communications professional with experience leading communication outcomes in transformation or project environments. If you have experience in the following areas, we’d love to hear from you:
Significant experience leading communications across complex transformation environments.
Proven communications experience as part of project and programme delivery teams, ideally including government transformation initiatives.
Expertise in developing and executing internal and external communications strategies.
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on delivery.
