We are the Digital Transformation team, part of FIS Capital Markets - Technology and Services group. We are responsible for working with our various global Lines of Businesses to identify and implement new ways of working leveraging acceleration, automation, and agile practices. Our global Acceleration Incubation team of 10 people brings together Delivery Managers, Facilitator and Specialists. We run an iterative incubation process which identifies the products with the best acceleration potential and helps the businesses and product teams build accelerated delivery services and packages.
