Job Description
• Identifying continuous improvement and transformation opportunities for RM India to be the strategic enabler for the group
• Identifying opportunities to continuously improve India operations through various levers like process simplification, automation, technology solutions and recommending solutions to management
• Partnering with Group transformation and division heads to develop the strategy for implementing products technology solutions that align with organization transformation objectives
• Developing a roadmap for development and monitoring of new technology solutions
• Create business cases and measure the ROI for change initiatives/ product development
• Program manage the change programs, as needed
• Implementing a measurement framework to provide visibility into progress & impediments & continuously measure progress against objectives
• Creating a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging employees to think outside the box and embrace new technologies
• Working & influencing teams of developers, designers, marketers, and other staff members to develop new products or services for the company
• Conducting research on market trends in order to determine how new technologies may affect business operations
• Partner with Division leaders and marketing / procurement leaders to develop the strategy for the India market
• Supporting the delivery of strategic platform re-engineering initiatives, with conscious intent to standardize, reducing manual touch points
