Transformation role with leading private Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transformation projects across Retail Assets and Liabilities functions, encompassing onboarding and servicing processes.

• Utilize the DMAIC methodology to identify business problems, improvement areas, and resolution strategies.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Sales channels, IT) for end-to-end project implementation, from problem definition to delivery.

• Establish effective governance and conduct regular project reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure project progression.

• Work with senior team members to anchor ongoing initiatives across the bank, providing regular updates and insights.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and maintain regular governance to ensure project milestones are met and address any emerging issues.

• Contribute to designing strategic approaches to manage change and support operations within the domain of change management.
