• Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have lead projects related to transformation of Retail Assets and Retail Liabilities functions across the on boarding and servicing processes
- Follow the DMAIC methodology to identify business problems, improvement areas/opportunities and resolution of same
- Should be able to drive projects in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Ops/Risk/Compliance/Product/Sales channels/IT etc) for end to end implementation (from defining problem statement/opportunities till delivery of project)
- To define proper governance and conduct regular project reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure project movement
- Work with seniors on anchoring ongoing initiatives across the bank and providing regular updates
- Conduct post implementation reviews and have regular governance to ensure project is on track and highlight issues if any
- Provide inputs in designing strategic approach to manage change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management
