The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Rehabilitation Leader to join our team in the ACT region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a high-performing team of successful Rehabilitation Consultants.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading regular team meetings to foster open discussion and collaboration

Conducting one-on-one catch-ups with team members to discuss day-to-day topics, short-term and long-term goals, and providing mentorship and support

Collaborating with team members on effective strategies during file reviews

Exploring psych topics with your team to encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing

Facilitating regular continuous learning initiatives for your team

Reviewing productivity and motivating team members to reach targets

Effectively managing any escalations and ensuring senior management messages are communicated to your team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A strong background as a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with full registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or RCAA

Solid experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant managing psychological injuries

Either experience in a Team Leader type role or currently a Rehabilitation Consultant with a strong desire to step up to a Team Leader position

A car and valid driver's license

A police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
