UX/UI Designer Role Overview
The ideal candidate will breathe life into our brand and experiences through captivating visuals and intuitive interfaces.
• Design user-friendly, visually rich UI/UX for web and mobile platforms in the travel domain.
• Create engaging graphics and branded content for social media, pitch decks, emails, and itineraries.
• Collaborate with teams to translate travel concepts into design.
• Own the visual storytelling of digital platforms and enhance customer experience (CX).
• Ensure brand consistency while pushing design boundaries that inspire curiosity and connection.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in travel, lifestyle, or experience-based brands.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, etc.
• An understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• An eye for visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus skills include:
• Motion/Animation design skills.
• Video editing or Canva Reels creation.
• Familiarity with SEO-based design principles for web.
• Experience with branding, travel itineraries, or booking platforms.
• A personal travel blog, page, or creative portfolio in the travel niche.
