Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with our National Logistics client who are looking for an Administration / Transport Clerk to work for them. Some knowledge of logistics / transport preferred but not essential. Full training is given.
Shift
Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:00
Your Responsibilities:
To ensure all Transport Administration is accurate and up to date. To contribute to the smooth and efficient operational activities within the Traffic Office in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Carry out all functions in line with company policies and procedures
• Deal with all incoming / outgoing telephone calls
• Ensure full compliance with tachograph and drivers hours
• Driver communication and debrief
• Complete daily reports by the end of each shift
About you:
• Able to communicate effectively
• Team builder with good interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure
• PC literate
• £13.7+ per hour
