Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of Credit Control Manager located in Mumbai. The Credit Control Manager will be responsible for managing credit control, credit management, and debt collection for the company's operations in Mumbai. The Credit Control Manager will also play a critical role in supporting the finance team to optimize company revenue and maintain high standards of financial performance.
Qualifications: Graduate
Experience: 6+ Yrs
• Monitor areas of Employee Safety and Security of employees availing company provided transport
• Transport Spent Management and MIS
• Maintaining the site structure
• Ensure Compliance in all respects are at 100 % at any given time across all locations
• Providing a heads-up as per news reports or information received in case of any COB related issue.
• Handling COB situations as a single point of contact
• Risks and Mitigation Planning in all aspects, including COB situations
• Monthly / Quarterly reviews
• Meeting with Vendor Partners / Change Management / Transition
• Plan, design & implement the transport operations as per the needs of the Business Units and ensure transport services are provided to employees as defined in the SLA
• Ensuring smooth operations of all the sites
• Key role in operations and delivering successful results.
• Stakeholder Engagements. Instrumental in vendor selection process.
• Next level of escalation for any lapses and RCA
• Reviews – Daily / Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly with Management
• Vendor Meetings and Trainings to Teams
• Work on overall efficiencies and optimization and managing the spend in terms of fleet, manpower & Ops
• Monitor and take corrective action on outcome from, Customer Satisfaction Survey results provided by Citi transport lead.
• Doing a thorough gap analysis and sharing RCA
