Description & Requirements
Working within our Group Procurement team, you will report to the Transport Logistics Supervisor and undertake the role of Transport & Logistics Officer to support Monadelphous’ project and maintenance logistics requirements to ensure our freight requirements are being fulfilled to the expectations of our site teams in the most timely and cost-effective way.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate freight bookings for transport domestically and internationally, particularly within inland Western Australia that meet scheduling requirements for projects
Collaborate with internal teams to support the transport requirements for specialised freight movements, general freight and urgent freight.
Provide advice, guidance, and support on logistics associated with the mobilisation and demobilisation requirements for maintenance, shutdowns, and project scopes.
Ad-hoc administration of the transport booking platform, improving and developing new systems associated with freight bookings, and maintaining accurate records within our system.
Review and process work tasks to ensure procurement procedures are followed accurately and carefully for all transport and logistics sourcing in accordance with Monadelphous policy.
Build and develop partnerships with our transport and logistics partners and ensure they are meeting our safety and other performance requirements as part of broader supplier relationship management activities within the Group Procurement team.
