Job Description: Responsible for the all transport activities, planning scheduling liaison for transport arrangements, assist supervisor in duties pertaining to transportation issues in supervisor's absence.Key Responsibilities:Updating Weekly/Daily Roster. Track Bus/ at pick up and drop time, help cab users report office in time.Coordinate with Cab Drivers.Flexibility with shift and proficient in using web tools.Ensure vehicle is kept cleaned and Drivers are well groomed / well behaved. Ensure employee login and logout is on time, using technology to monitor and guide vehicles during traffic jams. Build a good working culture with drivers.Be the first point of contact for customer escalations, if any! Manage fleet maintenance without disrupting the operations
