Join us in our Petone office as a Transport Administrator (6 Months fixed term)
By providing support to a team, department or division to help deliver work for customers safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard. In this position, you’ll be working closely with the Manager, supervisor and team to ensure general administration is completed.
There will be variety of task from assisting with incoming calls, data entry, reconciliation, cost coding including a strong focus on accurate generation of monthly reports. Our values will drive everything you do.
In addition to the above you will:
Mainly consisting of data entry and supporting the office with general administrative tasks
Generating correspondence, reports and other documents as required

We’re looking for someone with:
MS office suite knowledge and experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Class 1 License
