Traveling CNC Maintenance Technician (Per Diem)
Job Description
• Seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines.
• The ideal candidate will handle automation machine tool electrical maintenance, working on a variety of CNC equipment including CNC mills, CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, and robotics
Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines.
• Handle electrical maintenance for automation machine tools.
• Work on CNC mills, CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, and robotics.
• Repair P&H cranes/hoists, conveyors, furnaces, large part washers, ABB robots, and CNC machine tools.
• Repair CNC and PLC equipment with controllers from brands like Fanuc, Siemens, Modicon, and Rockwell.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC analog and digital drives, sensors, cables, wiring, drive faults, encoders, and 480V systems.
