Job Description
· The candidate will be in charge of responding to customers who send in emails, calls, and text messages. They will also handle requests for information about products or services offered.
· The candidate will have to process the orders and make reservations for such queries.
· They will have to work with other departments in the company to provide top-level customer service.
· They will have to follow up with clients who have enquired with us as well as help them create bookings.
· Fluent English is a requirement
· Travel Reservation Sales Hotel Sales/ Reservation people are a good fit and are preferred
· Sales Incentives are also offered apart from the fixed basic salary.
· Salary in the range of 10,000 – 15,000 per month in hand depending on experience and skill. Sales incentive is offered from day1 a deserving candidate can make 5000-6000 Rupees per month.
· Office is in Maloo 01 Indore
· Graduate education is preferred.
· We have 2 openings in Indore
