Salary: INR 15000 per month
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced travel consultant to join our team. As a travel consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable travel experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Research and recommend travel options, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities
• Book travel arrangements, process payments, and issue travel documents
• Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns that arise during the travel planning process
• Continuously expand your knowledge of destinations, travel products, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
• At least 01 year of experience as a travel consultant
• Strong knowledge of travel products, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field preferred
