The Travel Sales Executive to join ARE Hospitality and Tours to help us reach potential customers and coordinate, create and organize trips for our clients. You will be required to interact with our clients and guide them toward picking the best holiday package to suit all of their requirements. Your contribution will impact our Company and the satisfaction of our customers and drive profits.
Job Description:
We ARE Hospitality and Tours are hiring travel sales executives for the sales and marketing of our tour services. The ideal candidate will have to manage communication between our partners and clients and help with marketing to potential customers for ARE Hospitality and Tours.
Responsibilities:
• Support the sales and marketing leadership team and administrative support for various projects throughout the organisation.
• * Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and clients and internal and external stakeholders.
• * Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the sales, marketing and hospitality department.
• * Maintain executive schedules and oversee project load.
• * Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing and sales team for ARE hospitality and tours.
• * Conduct research for key marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
• Graduate.
• * Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
• * Clear copywriting and editing skills.
• * Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
