Key Responsibilities
• Manage international and domestic ticketing through Sabre and Amadeus systems.
• Handle ADM, exchanges, refunds, and reissuances accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline and company policies.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients and partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth travel operations.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy in booking and reporting systems.
• Support quality control checks and assist with audit-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel or airline domain (corporate or agency).
• Proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus GDS platforms (hands-on ticketing experience mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ADM processes, reissues, and fare rules.
• Comfortable with assessments: SHL (Svar & Writex) and GDS skill evaluation.
