You would be: Reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals Working in a state of the art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance. 24/7 according to schedule_Rotational (Night shifts are included) Requirements Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented Good attention to detail Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations) Ability to manage change and work under pressure Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates Preferred Requirements: Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.
