Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
Provide best in class service & customized travel solutions to High network individuals (HNIs) through excellent knowledge of travel & lifestyle choices.
Requirement:
• Destination/Geographical Knowledge and Supplier Product Knowledge
• Knowledge of International Travel Products, Asia, Europe and Middle East
• Basic Knowledge of Ticketing, making bookings on Airline Portal and OTAs
• Basic Destination Information for Leisure Travel Products
• Exposure to End to End Travel Servicing Including Hotel / Car/ Visa / Packages/ Insurance/OTAs
• Exposure to Customer Handling
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in International Holidays, Outbound Packages, travel sales and hotel and lifestyle services.
Academic Background:
Graduate with excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills In English
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
• Knowledge of high-end, luxury travel & lifestyle products, services
• Time Management
• Workload Management
Knowledge of Platforms
• MS office suits (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of GDS Platforms: Amadeus, Sabre will be an advantage
