Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive , supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
A great administration person has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1 Handle domestic and international queries including Flight,Train,Bus,Hotel booking,Visa etc
2 Candidate should be well versed with the Travel requirements such as booking flight, hotels, arranging Visa, etc
3 Ensuring Tickets and Hotel Booking in accordance with defined SOPs/Policies, eligibility and within sanctioned budget
4 Exploring different websites for best available rates of Flight Tickets and Hotel booking,Visa etc Accommodation Booking/Cancellation of Flight & Train Tickets and Hotel Accommodation for Domestic as well as international Travel.
5 Coordinating with Travel Agent for TATKAL Train Tickets.
6 Booking/Cancellation Hotel Accommodations.
7 Maintaining MIS/Analytical Reports pertaining to bookings through Travel Desk.
8 Processing invoices of all the vendors systematically so that timely payments are done.
