Job Title: Endoscopy Technician – GI Lab (Travel Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Technician for a travel contract in a high-volume GI Lab setting. This role is ideal for candidates with strong endoscopy experience who are comfortable working in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
Key Details:
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Endoscopy / GI Lab
• Floating: Required
• Schedule: Flexible availability required for all shift start times
Certifications Required (HARD STOP):
• BLS
• MA-C (Medical Assistant Certified) OR Surgical Tech Certification OR Nursing Assistant Certification
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessing
• Support room turnover between procedures
• Assist physicians during intra-procedural cases (general & advanced therapeutic endoscopy)
• Work with patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics with complex GI conditions
• Exposure to ambulatory and hospitalized patient care settings
Preferred Experience:
• USAP MAC sedation experience
• Advanced therapeutic endoscopy procedures
