Job Description:
• Domestic Air Ticketing Process.
• Can handle multiple booking calls related to airlines.
• Responsible for interacting with clients.
• Guide passengers with Flight, Hotel bookings over phone & Email
• Should be comfortable with a rotational and night shift.
• No night shift for females
• Must be able to multi-task, managing multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills
• Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided excellent customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum Qualification is 12th pass.
• Strong communication skills.
• Freshers can also apply.
