Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Holiday Package Preparation: Collaborate with our travel experts to curate unique and personalized holiday packages based on clients' preferences, budget, and travel goals. Create detailed itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, and activities, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner to understand their travel requirements. Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, attractions, and travel options Address any queries or concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire travel journey.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for clients. Utilize your knowledge of travel systems and platforms to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information and comply with travel policies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and maintaining regular communication. Proactively follow up on customer feedback and reviews to enhance our services and improve customer satisfaction. Handle any issues or complaints professionally and find appropriate resolutions.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist in managing bookings, invoices, and travel documents. Maintain accurate records of client information, travel arrangements, and financial transactions. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the travel agency.
Qualifications:
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends or holidays as required.
CTC Range: The compensation for this position ranges from 1 LPA to 4 LPA, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and performance.
