Are you an experienced travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment? We’re looking for someone who can manage domestic & international ticketing, hotel bookings, and billing with precision and confidence.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end domestic & international flight and hotel bookings
• Issue, reissue, and modify tickets using GDS platforms – Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo
• Handle travel billing, invoicing, and supplier coordination
• Assist with visa documentation, travel insurance, and itinerary management
• Maintain excellent client communication, support upselling & CRM follow-ups
• Keep up with vendor updates, rate negotiations & travel industry trends
???? Who Can Apply:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory
✅ Hands-on with GDS systems – Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo
✅ Skilled in ticketing, reservations, billing, and customer support
✅ Strong organizational & communication skills
✅ Graduate in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality (IATA certification preferred)
