Travel Nurse - Home Care RN

The work you will do:
Visit homes and long‐term care facilities to treat residents as needed
Treat, monitor, follow up on stable conditions in-home on a daily or weekly basis
In-home assessment and care for patients who may be unable to visit the clinic for on-going assessment

Who You Are:
You are a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and have a nursing license through the governing body in good standing
You are a licensed Nurse registered in good standing
You have or are willing to obtain a nursing license through the regulating body in the province or territory you wish to work
You meet the required work experience
Mandatory skillsets and additional training requirements and reimbursements will be discussed during interview

Experience
Required
2 year(s): (3000 hours) two (2) years of full-time experience in past five (5) years as a Home Care Nurse OR (1500 hours) one (1) year of full-time experience, in the past five (5) years, working in remote, isolated and/or semi‐isolated communities as a Home Care Nurse
