Qualifications
• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Certifications ACLS (AHA)
• Certifications NIHSS
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations have not worked as a permanent or per diem employee of this health system in the past year
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years)
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible but will not receive a travel stipend.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
