Travel Operations Specialis
Travel POC: Serve as primary point of contact for travel-related support and emergencies.
• Training: Develop and deliver training as needed for Cohesity’s travelers
• Support: Provide ongoing support to travelers during trip planning, booking and traveling; solutioning issues as they arise to ensure a consistent product is delivered globally.
• Policy: Draft policy language as needed, maintain policy documents and advise employees on travel policies, procedures and visa requirements, ensuring company guidelines are met
• Compliance: Monitor and manage travel bookings for compliance and reporting
• System Maintenance: Ensure traveler profiles and preferences are accurate and up to date in the platform to streamline booking processes
